“Sitting in pole position”
This presented more than a few challenges, being a very steep site, with difficult access. A lot of engineering was engaged before building could commence.
Using the contours of the land, I created a multi level home with expansive decking to maximise the views. The end result is a home that feels open, spacious and inviting for its small footprint. The use of pops of colour throughout, give this home personality and warmth.
Winning the Master Builders House of the Year Regional Gold and Regional Category Awards for BOP Central Plateau Region 2022, is the icing on the cake!
